Description

The BPS Perfect Stacker is a unique solution enabling the preparation of each sheet in a single pass to provide perfectly finished stacks. Popular applications include book blocks of the desired size/format, ready to be transferred to a perfect binder. Thus, eliminating the manual operation of cutting these blocks. The cut and the stack features are of the highest precision* in the industry, guaranteeing the production of the highest quality perfect bound books. Built to handle heavy production environments, whether in-line with a printer** or a BSF Sheet Feeder. The BPS may be combined with perfect binding or booklet making configurations. These features enable 2-up/4-up job processing via our ergonomic touch screen, barcode reading systems, automatically adjusting to pre-saved jobs or JDF/JMF workflows.

    Connect the BPM's output with a BME Booklet Maker, a BB3002 Perfect Binder, or a BPS Stacker.

BPS

  • Stacking

    The BPS is stacking sheets with or without offset to separate sets. Once the stack reaches the maximal capacity, the automatic delivery process is initiated. The delivery process works in an "unload while run" mode, with stacking continuing while a stack is waiting to be picked up by the operator. As soon as that stack is picked up, the stacking table is automatically going back in the BPS.
